Our prices for 2024:

We are reintroducing the “early bird” discount and tuition discount for couples!

Early bird discount: € 50 or € 100 (couples) if we receive your deposit of € 250 by 1st March 2024

Given the extremely low number of the single rooms available, consider registering early if you are in need of one.

Other types of accommodation include double rooms, triple rooms (although we try to fill them to capacity only when necessary), a mattress room (shared by males and females, with curtains for privacy). Camping in own tent is also a possibility.

The Summer School price consists of the Tuition and the cost of Accommodation+Meals:

TUITION:

€ 470 per person. Couples: € 890.

Young adults (18-28): € 290, reduced (in education): € 210

ACCOMMODATION (bed+standard meals, per person):

Single room (just a few available!) – € 560

Double room – € 410

Triple room – € ???

Mattress room/own tent – € 290 (???)

DIET: Our standard diet is vegetarian.

Special diets  include vegan, gluten free, or dairy free.  These cost € 8/day.

Your choice of diet must be finalised and paid for at least a week before the retreat commences.

BEDDING (if desired): + €10 (paid on site upon arrival)

How did you hear about us? This is for new participants only.

If this is your first summer school, please give as many details as possible in this field. You can use the field “Message” to give more information.

In the fields “I agree to have my name and address/email address on the participants list” please write either YES or NO. We work in full compliance with the GDPR legislation and only retain and use your data with your explicit permission.

Once you have pressed “Submit” the form will disappear and the message “Thank you! Your registration form has been submitted” will appear just above the word “Tuition.” Please ensure that you have pressed the “Submit” button.

Please give us 24 hours to respond. If there is no response after 48hours, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER before resending your form or writing to us. Please ensure you got our email address in your “trusted” address book.

Step 2. Pay your deposit

You are considered registered for the 2024 summer school once we have received the €250 deposit. New participants! Please wait to hear from us before you transfer any money!

You are welcome to pay the whole cost in one payment if you so prefer.

Your tuition&accommodation cost must be paid in full before the start of the school. Get in touch with us if you require a different payment protocol.

Step 3. Pay your ticket in full

Once you have decided on the type of accommodation and your preferred diet, you can pay the balance.

You are welcome to pay the whole cost in one payment after your registration if you so prefer.

It is your responsibility to be familiar with our cancellation policy.

Closest airport is Hamburg (HAM) Hannover (HAJ) and Berlin (BER) have also been used by many participants.

Closest train station is Schnega. You can check the train schedule on the https://bahn.de

Full transport details will be sent 4 weeks before summer school, and there will be help for non-German speakers.

Arrival: Monday, 1 July, not before 15:00. Supper at 19:00

Departure: Sunday, 7 July, after lunch at 13:00

Transportation from and to Schnega on the days of arrival and departure will be arranged. If you need to be picked up from the train, please send us your arrival time at least 3 days before the start of the school.
