Tuition and accommodation+meals will have to be booked separately.

AFTER registering and paying your tuition/deposit, you are responsible for booking your own accommodation with Proitzer Müehle directly.

To ensure that your registration is successful and to avoid upsets, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Fill in the registration form

Please add our email address info@europeansufischool.org into your address book, to ensure that you don’t miss any communication from us.

Room type: You can see 2023 room prices for staying on-site here. Please understand that this registration form collects rooming information for our planning purposes only! Submitting your room preferrence to us does not guarantee you the chosen room, you will still need to book it directly with Proitzer Müehle. Read below.

If this is your first summer school, please give as many details as possible in the field “How did you hear about us?” You can use the field “Message” to give more information.

In the fields “I agree to have my name and address/email address on the participants list” please write YES or NO. We work in full compliance with the GDPR legislation and only retain and use your data with your explicit permission.

Once you have pressed “Submit” the form will disappear and the message “Thank you! Your registration form has been submitted” will appear just above the word “Tuition.” Please ensure that you have pressed the “Submit” button.

Please give us 24hours to respond. If there is no response after 48hours, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER before resending your form or writing to us. Please ensure you got our email address in your “trusted” address book.

Tuition

You are considered registered for the 2023 summer school once you have paid €250 deposit towards your tuition. You are welcome to pay the tuition in full in one payment if you so prefer.

Your full tuition must be paid before the start of the school. Get in touch with us if you require a different payment protocol.

Step 2. Pay your tuition

If you have been to our Summer School before, you can pay your deposit/tuition now. This year we are asking for the tuition donation on a sliding scale, in the range of €400—€600

If this is going to be your first time, please wait to hear from us before paying.

You will have to book your room and board directly with Proitzer Müehle.

Room and board booking opens in April. Everyone who registers and pays their deposit to the summer school account will receive an email from us with the details. Please be sure that you have added our email address info@europeansufischool.org to your address book to avoid disappointment.

Referral to Proitzer Müehle for the accommodation payment will be done in order of your registration, i.e. first come – first served. To ensure that you get the room of your choice, consider registering early!

Please understand that you are responsible for making your own accommodation&meals booking. Failure to secure an on-site accommodation due to a delay on your part is not considered to be a force majeure situation, and your deposit may not be returned.

STEP 3. Choose your preferred room option:

You can leave it to Proitzer Müehle to put you into the best room available at the moment of your booking. The prices for the different types of rooms are listed below.

You can also look at the room charts at the Proitzer Müehle website  and come with a few choices and put them in the order of preference when writing to Proitzer Müehle, in case your most preferred option is not available.

STEP 4. Get clear on your dietary requirements:

The main meal option in 2023 will be vegetarian, and it is included into the accommodation price.

For the special diets, the possibilities include: vegan, gluten free, dairy free. Booking a special diet will incur a surcharge of €56 (€8/day)

STEP 5.  Write to the seminar house and make your booking:

Send an email to the address you have been provided* and make your booking for your accommodation and meals with Proitzer Müehle.

Please take a note of Proitzer Müehle’s refund policy below.

The accommodation price has to be paid in full and received into the Proitzer Müehle account prior to your arrival to the seminar. There are no discounts available.

* You will receive an email from us with the booking details once the seminar house is ready to start processing registrations for this event. This will be from the end of March onwards. Please ensure that you have our email address info@europeansufischool.org in your address book to avoid disappointment.

Closest airport is Hamburg (HAM) Hannover (HAJ) and Berlin (BER) have also been used by many participants.

Closest train station is Schnega. You can check the train schedule on the https://bahn.de

Full transport details will be sent 4 weeks before summer school, and there will be help for non-German speakers.

Arrival: Saturday, 24 June, not before 15:00. Supper at 19:00

Departure: Saturday, 1 July, after lunch, at 13:00

Transportation from and to Schnega on the days of arrival and departure will be arranged. If you need to be picked up from the train, please send us your arrival time at least 3 days before the start of the school.
