General Terms:

You are considered registered for the summer school once we have received your deposit.

We request that all new participants wait to hear from us before you transfer any money.

Your tuition & accommodation cost must be paid in full before the start of the school. Get in touch with us if you require a different payment protocol.

Early bird discount: € 50 or € 100 (couples) off the full price only, if we receive your deposit of € 250 by March 10.

Given the extremely low number of the single rooms available, consider registering in the first few days if you are in need of one.

Other types of accommodation include double rooms, triple rooms, a mattress room (shared by males and females, with curtains for privacy). Camping in own tent is also a possibility.

The Summer School price consists of the Tuition and the cost of Accommodation+Meals.

All money is to be paid to the same account of the Summer School.

TUITION:

€ 475 per person. Couples: € 900.

Young adults (18-28): € 300

Young adults in education: € 220

POSSIBLE EXTRAS:

+ DIET: Our standard diet is vegetarian.

Special diets: + € 48. Choose between vegan, gluten free, or dairy free.

Your choice of diet must be finalised and paid for at least a week before the retreat commences.

+ BEDDING (if desired): + € 11 (paid on site upon arrival; please prepare exact change!)

Summer School Cancellation Policy:

ALL CANCELLATIONS will be charged € 75.

After 2 months before the start of the school € 200 is non-refundable.

After 1 month before the start of the school NO REFUNDS are made.
